VICTORIA L. SENG
ASSOCIATE
Tori was born and raised in Fulton, Kentucky. In 2013, she graduated from Fulton Independent High School and enrolled at the University of Tennessee at Martin where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications in 2017.
Prior to law, Tori worked as a journalist and at the University of Kentucky libraries and Gibson County, Tennessee public library, and earned her Master’s in Library Science at the University of Kentucky in 2020. She discovered the legal field during a law library internship, and found law was the perfect career – melding together research, problem solving, and helping others.
Upon completing her master’s, she remained in Lexington to attend law school at J. David Rosenberg College of Law at the University of Kentucky. While in law school, Tori served on the Executive Boards for the Women’s Law Caucus and Christian Legal Society. She was also actively involved in Moot Court and served as the Oral Argument Chair. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2023.
Her practice areas include estate planning, representing public libraries and their boards, advising corporate clients and small business owners in various transactional and litigation matters, and municipal law. Tori’s approach involves finding practical and creative solutions to her clients’ problems.
Tori is happy to be back in Western Kentucky and thrilled to call Paducah home. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending and performing in theatre productions, and cheering on her beloved Wildcats.
